The city was full of chic holiday spirit during our visit, making it even more magical. Clarendon Square offered elegant comfort, a peaceful night's sleep, thoughtful treats, and Stephen’s attentive hospitality made all the difference. It truly felt like coming home. There's also an airport shuttle stop right at the mall entrance, which made my trip to and from the airport seamless. Plus, there are popular local spots like Heytea and Cha Cha Perfect nearby—perfect for grabbing a drink or snack. Everything you need is within walking distance, and the overall experience was just fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our upgraded high-floor room was beautifully renovated: a spacious king bed plus a sofa bed that easily converts into a queen-sized sleeping area, perfect for our family of four. Housekeeping was consistently attentive and proactive, and what really stood out was the daily complimentary water—two bottles every day, sometimes even more. That kind of thoughtful touch is rare in U.S. hotels. We’ll definitely be back next Thanksgiving!

Otherwise, the hotel offers good value for the price and is a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable base in Boston.
