The host was incredibly welcoming and even met us personally in the evening—such a thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable: right next to the beautiful Meia Praia beach, with a charming 15-minute walk along a scenic wooden pathway. If you prefer not to walk, there’s a bus stop nearby. Staying at A40 - Castle Arch Apartment was a fantastic experience overall. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lagos, with pubs, shops, restaurants, and museums just steps away. I even managed to wash and dry all my holiday clothes the night before heading home, which was incredibly convenient. Public transportation options are also very accessible, making it easy to explore the city. The only minor downside is a karaoke bar located five doors down that stays open until 2 AM on weekends—some noise can be heard late at night. However, this didn’t significantly impact my stay, especially considering the great value, cleanliness, and comfort of the apartment. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a central, well-equipped base in Lagos.
