Staff go above and beyond with warm, genuine hospitality that makes you feel welcome from day one. Parking is completely free and super convenient, which is a big plus for those traveling by car. Right outside the main entrance, there's a direct walking path to the scenic cliffside viewpoint—just a short stroll to enjoy breathtaking coastal views. The dining experience stands out as exceptional; breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh, local options, while dinner features creative, high-quality dishes crafted with care. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering great value for money. If driving, the free on-site parking is a big plus, though underground parking costs €8 per day—a small downside. My only concerns were the somewhat reserved front desk staff, who lacked warmth in their service, and the fact that accessing the room requires navigating several steps from the lobby—something that could be challenging with heavy luggage. Overall, the hotel shines in its architecture, ambiance, and natural setting, but there’s room to improve guest experience through more attentive service and better accessibility.

Our four-day stay at The Salty Lodge during the peak of summer was absolutely perfect. Located just steps away from the bustling old town, the area remains surprisingly safe and quiet—ideal for a relaxing getaway. The apartment-style rooms were spacious enough for our family of four, with a private veranda overlooking street life, shops, and local restaurants. The shower delivered strong water pressure, hot water was never an issue, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop on the fifth floor—unforgettable views, especially at sunrise. Don’t miss it! Daily housekeeping and the nightly turn-down service made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel provides everything you need for a beach day: towels, blankets, umbrellas, beach toys, and even bikes to borrow. There’s also a filtered water refill station—a small but thoughtful touch. Joanna at the front desk was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Lagos. So glad we chose The Salty Lodge!

There’s also a shared washing machine and dryer, which is super convenient when traveling. The front desk is staffed during weekdays and on Saturdays during peak season—the team is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Parking on the public street isn’t an issue at all—easy access and safe. We had such a wonderful time here, and the combination of comfort, location, and service makes this a top choice. Definitely worth returning to.

Staying at VitaSol Park was a wonderful experience overall! The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. One small suggestion: extending check-out time to noon would make things even better, especially if you want to enjoy the area a bit longer before heading out. I’d also love to see more frequent housekeeping during the week—maybe two or three times instead of just once. That said, the value for money is excellent, the location is convenient with easy access to downtown Lagos, and public transit makes exploring nearby attractions super simple. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The only downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected due to a small property management office handling multiple properties at once. With our credit card details already on file through the booking platform, a simple key code would have saved a lot of time and hassle. Still, the overall experience was excellent—great location, easy access to the marina and town, and a really welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d stay again.

Each room came equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, and basic kitchenware like mugs and glasses, which was super convenient. There’s also an outdoor communal kitchen with appliances and a large table, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a relaxed meal outdoors. One small note: we would’ve appreciated having more cutlery on hand, so bringing your own utensils is a good idea. The host was incredibly welcoming and even met us personally in the evening—such a thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable: right next to the beautiful Meia Praia beach, with a charming 15-minute walk along a scenic wooden pathway. If you prefer not to walk, there’s a bus stop nearby. Overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return—highly recommend!
