Staying at Greet Inn in Kaohsiung was an absolute delight! The hotel is just a short walk from Qianjin Station, making public transportation incredibly convenient. It’s only about 10 minutes on foot to the famous Liuhe Night Market—perfect for evening strolls and local eats. Getting to the airport takes roughly 30–40 minutes by car or taxi, which is very manageable. The location is unbeatable, especially with a FamilyMart right downstairs—great for late-night snacks or essentials without having to leave the building. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help, whether it was grabbing water or answering questions. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bathroom and shower area—so practical and comfortable. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully done. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I’m back in Kaohsiung.

Staying at Harbour 10 Hotel on a weekday was such a pleasant surprise. We booked a room facing the Love River, and the view was absolutely stunning—especially during the morning light. The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent water pressure in the shower, which made for a relaxing experience. The location is fantastic—just a 20-minute walk to Pier-2 Art District, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car. On our second morning, we had breakfast at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by how many guests were staying there—so many people enjoying the same great vibe! It’s clear this place has earned its reputation. With its unbeatable views, thoughtful design, and central spot in Kaohsiung, it’s definitely a top choice if you’re looking for a memorable stay. I’d absolutely come back.

Every time my boyfriend and I visit Kaohsiung, we always choose Kung Shang Design Hotel as our first stop. The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the MRT—and the soundproofing is excellent, so we can sleep peacefully even during noisy nights. The room is spacious with a standalone bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. What really stands out are the themed rooms—last time we stayed in the racing-themed suite, which was incredibly fun and immersive. They even provide a PS4 with racing games, making it feel like a mini gaming retreat. The hotel’s management system runs smoothly, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We’ve been here over seven times now, and it’s still our top pick every single trip. With its artistic vibe, great amenities, and overall value, this place truly delivers a memorable stay.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check-in was smooth after 4 PM, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing break. I appreciated having a hairdryer, towel, and shampoo provided, though toothbrushes were not included (but that’s common). Hot water pressure was excellent—great for a refreshing shower. There’s also an on-site laundry machine, which is super convenient for longer stays or travelers needing to freshen up clothes. Location-wise, it’s ideal—right next to both MRT and light rail stations, making it easy to explore downtown Kaohsiung. On the second floor, there’s a popcorn machine and a hot coffee maker—perfect for a quick caffeine fix in the morning. I rented a bike and rode down to Love River Pier, enjoying the scenic riverside views at night. The atmosphere was romantic and peaceful. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of options, fresh and tasty. Honestly, I’d love to come back again. Great value, great location, and a wonderful stay overall.

We attended an event and booked both a hotel room and a car camping double room—both included breakfast at the hotel, which was delicious and well-balanced with fresh options. The location made everything so convenient: the entrance and exit were close by, and parking was never an issue, even with luggage or gear. We appreciated how easy it was to come and go without stress. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, with excellent service throughout. It’s a great value for the quality, and we’ll definitely be back again soon.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable stay from the moment I arrived. Located just a 5-minute walk from Liuhe Night Market, it's perfect for food lovers who want to explore local street eats without traveling far. It's also very close to Qianjin MRT Station, giving easy access to all parts of Kaohsiung—whether you're heading to attractions, shopping areas, or the airport. What really stood out was the incredible value for money. The price is surprisingly affordable for such a convenient location and high-quality room. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kaohsiung—it’s a hidden gem with top-notch convenience and comfort.

I arrived just in time for a language exchange event happening in the common area—so lively and welcoming! The hostel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, and across the street is a cozy little night market perfect for late-night snacks. Rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and they even offered complimentary breakfast with fresh toast and tea—especially loved the coconut jam, it’s rich and naturally sweet. The only minor issue was my top bunk being right next to the AC unit; while no direct cold wind blew on me, there was some condensation dripping onto both the bed and the cabinet above. It wasn’t a big deal though—it didn’t affect my sleep much. Overall, this place offers excellent value, great vibes, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely a standout choice if you're visiting Kaohsiung.

This business hotel in Kaohsiung is an absolute steal! Located just a short walk from the metro station, it's super convenient for getting around the city. The room was small but spotlessly clean, with all the essentials you'd need—plus free Wi-Fi, which is always a plus. What really stood out was the incredible value: affordable rates without sacrificing comfort or cleanliness. Booking was quick and easy through the platform—no hassle at all. Whether you're here for work or just exploring, this place offers great convenience and peace of mind. If you're looking for a no-fuss, budget-friendly stay in Kaohsiung, don't miss this one. Seriously, if it's available, book it now—it won’t last long!

I stayed at Ling Inn in Kaohsiung, and overall, the experience was just average. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro station, which is great for exploring the city. However, the room is on the second floor of a corrugated metal building, giving it a somewhat basic and dated feel. The main issue was the hot water—while it heated up quickly, it ran out within minutes and the flow was quite weak, making showering a bit frustrating. I also noticed some cleanliness concerns: there were visible dust marks on the desk and bathroom counter, and the shower floor still had damp spots after use. It’s clear that housekeeping could use more attention. While this place might work for budget travelers who don’t mind simplicity, those looking for comfort and better hygiene should consider other options. Not bad for the price, but definitely not memorable.

The room was surprisingly spacious with a ceiling height of over 6 meters, giving it an airy and luxurious feel. The twin room featured a beautifully detailed oil painting on the wall beside the nightstand—though some paint had slightly chipped over time, it only added character and depth to the vintage ambiance. The interior design truly embraced a classic old-money aesthetic, with subtle touches like a hanging closet rack secured by a metal ring on the beam, where the hanger itself could be detached using a nail-secured clip. It’s these small details that made the space feel so unique and authentic. A large bathtub completed the room—a true nod to Japanese-inspired relaxation. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the ferry terminal, surrounded by local eateries, boutiques, and convenience stores. Within about 20 minutes on foot, you’ll find a large supermarket for all your essentials. But the real highlight? The breakfast. A fantastic mix of Chinese and Western options—handmade buns with coconut filling, black sesame, red bean paste, warm soy milk, sweet potato porridge, plus fresh breads and pastries. I especially loved the seaweed soup with vegetarian meat and bamboo shoots—it was hands-down the best Chinese breakfast I’ve had in Taiwan. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully curated. If you’re looking for a memorable, well-located, and uniquely styled hotel experience in Kaohsiung, this is a must-visit.

We booked Katherine Plaza Hotel for a family trip and arrived around 5 PM. The front desk staff were very welcoming, clearly explained room details, and provided all the necessary info about meal times—great service right from the start. Walking into the room, we were immediately impressed by the clean environment; the walls looked freshly renovated, and the overall vibe felt cozy and homely—like staying at grandma’s place. One small downside: some TV channels had poor signal quality, and the programming leaned heavily toward K-dramas, sports, and movies. Also, the lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough when watching TV. The bathroom is spacious, but lacks proper wet/dry separation—adding a shower curtain would definitely improve safety and convenience. Breakfast was a highlight: generous and varied, with fresh stir-fried dishes, side pickles for congee, toast, buns, steamed bread, and more—perfect for starting the day on a full note. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just steps away from Central Park, Dali Department Store, Hanshin Mall, and within walking distance to Music & Pop Culture Hall and Zhuangzhi (Dabu) Art District. There are countless restaurants nearby, so dining options are endless. If we ever come back to Kaohsiung, this hotel will be our top choice. Thanks to the team for such a warm and thoughtful stay!

Staying at Tenz Go Hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a short walk from major attractions and some of the best local eateries in Kaohsiung, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, well-prepared, and offering a great variety of options, including authentic local pastries that were a treat. The third-floor game room was a fun bonus for kids and adults alike, while the first-floor tea lounge offered a relaxing spot to unwind with complimentary snacks and drinks. Room amenities were mostly top-notch—especially the bidet toilet, which made mornings much more comfortable. The only minor issue was a slightly loose shower arm, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort. Clean, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere make this hotel a standout choice. If you're looking for a cozy, centrally located stay with great value, I highly recommend giving Tenz Go Hotel a try.
