The breakfast was outstanding—plenty of delicious choices without any waste. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort, convenience, and quality all in one place. Definitely a top pick for anyone visiting LA—I’ll be back!

They claimed they could only fix the fridge and tap the following week. We asked for a refund, but were denied outright. The staff offered zero empathy or real solutions. This place is poorly managed, and the overall experience was awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even as a last resort.

While there's a daily guest amenity fee of $35, it’s well worth it. Of that, $15 can be used at the on-site restaurant, which offers a diverse menu—especially impressive was the seafood stew featuring half a lobster, fresh shrimp, and scallops. Breakfast included free coffee and milk, a nice start to the day. I also loved being able to borrow bikes for a ride around the neighborhood, and the complimentary 3-mile Uber ride per day made getting to places like Rodeo Drive effortless. Plus, the evening wine hour from 5 to 6 PM was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value and a truly memorable experience.
