The staff went above and beyond, especially during Ramadan—just call the front desk and breakfast is delivered straight to your door. It was generous, delicious, and offered a great variety. Compared to other nearby hotels, the price is very reasonable for the quality and location. Being just a short walk from key spots and easily accessible by car or metro makes it a real winner. This was my second visit, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best stays in Riyadh. Definitely coming back!

This was my first time visiting Saudi Arabia, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect from local homestays. But this experience completely blew me away — it felt more like staying in a luxurious castle than a regular guesthouse. The backyard has a basketball hoop, and the living room comes with a ping pong table — great for fun downtime. The hosts are from Ningxia and have been living here for years; they’re genuinely warm and welcoming, offered free airport pickup, and gave us excellent local tips on where to go. It’s rare to find such personal care and hospitality. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip to Riyadh — highly recommend!
