I booked this hotel last minute through the platform after my original accommodation near Mermerli Beach unexpectedly closed. Tourist Hotel turned out to be a perfect surprise—clean, well-maintained, and just a short walk from the sea. I had a room with a stunning view of the Mediterranean and the iconic Düden Waterfalls, which was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was fresh and varied, definitely satisfying. Special thanks to Berkan at reception—he went above and beyond! When I was being overcharged by another taxi driver, he immediately arranged a better, VIP luxury car for my trip to Konya. He even followed up afterward to make sure I arrived safely. That kind of personal care is rare these days. This hotel isn’t just convenient—it’s thoughtful, welcoming, and truly memorable. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
