The team even remembered my reservation for the buffet and had a birthday cake ready, which was such a thoughtful touch. Upon entering my luxurious lakeside room, I was completely surprised by the towel art shaped into a two-tier birthday cake—it was absolutely magical. Then, just as I was soaking in the moment, the doorbell rang again: another delightful surprise from the housekeeping team with a mini birthday cake and a beautifully crafted card. It’s these little details that show how deeply the hotel values guest experience. The bedding remained as soft and comfortable as ever, and the service was prompt and attentive throughout. Dining options were exceptional—every meal felt like a celebration. This short stay turned out to be one of the most unforgettable birthdays I’ve ever had. The bathroom was immaculate, with zero unpleasant odors, and the smart toilet was a real game-changer—comfortable and modern. Hot water came out instantly, so my shower was pure bliss. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the hotel is literally steps away from Exit 1 of Line 1, and getting around the city by bus or metro is super convenient. Staying at Suning Universal Hotel All Suites was an absolute delight! The two-bedroom layout is perfect for families or groups of friends—spacious living area makes it feel like home, and the roomy design gives everyone plenty of space to relax. Located right across from Wutai Mountain Metro Station, getting around Nanjing is incredibly convenient. I didn’t need to take a taxi or worry about parking—just walk straight into the subway and explore the city with ease. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Shen—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She even upgraded our room without hesitation, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: the TV screen could be slightly larger to match the spacious living area. Also, replacing the bathroom and shower door with frosted glass would improve privacy, especially when someone’s using the sink. And if possible, converting the kitchenette into a compact powder room would make things much more practical for four guests sharing the space—especially useful when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing.

With a young child and elderly family member traveling with us, getting up early for breakfast was tough. The hotel kindly packed a breakfast box and brought it straight to our room—such a lifesaver! The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. Even at checkout, they surprised my child with a cute fridge magnet as a farewell gift. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel like family. A true gem in Nanjing—exceptional service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

The only minor drawback was the door lock—it felt outdated and didn’t match the hotel’s overall quality. A quick upgrade would make this already fantastic stay perfect. With its central location, easy access to public transit, and exceptional hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing.

Checked in the afternoon and was warmly welcomed by Wang Chaofan at reception—he went above and beyond to upgrade us to a lake-view room as requested. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and even featured a private balcony overlooking Xuanwu Lake. Waking up to misty morning views of the lake felt like stepping into a painting—serene, peaceful, and truly memorable. We stopped by the trendy Double Track Coffee nearby and enjoyed a cup of Moon Coffee. It was the perfect spot for a cozy moment with my partner—great vibes and great photos! The hotel’s proximity to the metro made exploring the city effortless. We walked to Old Gate East, Confucius Temple, and the Qinhuai Lantern Festival under light rain—strolling through ancient alleys felt magical and so relaxing. On our second day, after checking out, we stored our luggage and visited Chicken Bell Temple. A simple bowl of vegetarian noodles and three incense sticks brought a deep sense of calm and spiritual connection to this historic site. Before heading back home by high-speed train, we returned to the hotel to collect our bags and rested briefly at the lobby bar. The staff there were friendly and attentive—such a warm way to end our trip. Nanjing exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be back!
