We were planning to just drop off our luggage, but to our delight, the hotel not only allowed early check-in but also upgraded us to a better room type—such a pleasant surprise! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit at the front desk—so thoughtful. Later that evening, after shopping, I bought some rice wine and called to ask if there was a fridge available to store it. Instead of just saying no, the front desk sent over a little portable refrigerator courtesy of a kind staff member. It was such a small gesture, but it made the whole experience feel personal and special. From the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to detail, this place truly exceeded expectations. When it comes to dining, the area is fantastic—just a few hundred meters away, there’s a convenience store and tons of restaurants. One noodle shop stood out with its delicious food, and there’s also a great barbecue spot nearby. The variety of options is impressive. Inside the room, everything was clean, spacious, and bright. Daily housekeeping made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. The bathroom was large and well-equipped, which added to the comfort. Overall, the combination of location, cleanliness, and value made this stay unforgettable. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.

The host was incredibly helpful, especially pointing out the one-way streets nearby—great advice for drivers. They even sent me the location of the underground parking (a bit pricey, but way better than risking a fine). With kids and lots of luggage, plus it was rainy season, being able to drive straight to the elevator from the garage made everything so much easier. The room is cleaned daily—very clean overall. The only minor issue was a faint odor in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us much. Having a kitchen with a fridge was a big plus; ordering food delivery straight to the room was super convenient, especially with little ones in tow. Two queen beds comfortably fit three adults and one child—plenty of space, perfect for families. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a very welcoming stay.

When I mentioned I wanted to play a specific game, they proactively downloaded it in advance—such a small gesture, but it made a big difference. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient. Right across the street is Lao Siji Noodle House—a local favorite with delicious, authentic food just steps away. Plus, getting to Shenyang North Railway Station via metro is quick and easy. This place offers fantastic value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Shenyang. Highly recommend!
