One of the highlights was the evening offering: a piping hot cup of chenpi hawthorn soup served in a thermos, perfect for the whole family. It’s not just delicious—it aids digestion and soothes the stomach, truly capturing the essence of Guangzhou’s culinary heart. Breakfast was unexpectedly wonderful too, especially the gentle piano performance by a staff member, adding a serene, almost magical atmosphere to the morning. And kudos to Kiki, our WeChat host—responded promptly, handled every request with warmth and professionalism, and went above and beyond. These thoughtful touches, combined with the overall luxury and attention to detail, make this hotel stand out. I’ve already decided to return, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

The welcome fruit on arrival was fresh and delicious, and my kids couldn’t stop smiling. The nightly dessert, a refreshing Cantonese mung bean soup, was simply perfect—so smooth and satisfying that we wished we could have more. Everything about the stay felt warm, seamless, and genuinely tailored. Plus, the location is fantastic—easy access to public transit and local attractions. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation. This place truly delivers on comfort, service, and charm.

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tianhe District, just a 3-minute walk to Tianpingjia Metro Station and within easy reach of major attractions like Taikoo Hui and Guangzhou Opera House. Everything you need—restaurants, shopping, convenience stores—is literally around the corner. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient; even though we arrived early, they went the extra mile to secure us a room promptly. The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a highlight—diverse options blending Chinese and Western favorites, all freshly prepared and delicious. We also made use of the rooftop pool and fitness center, which offer stunning city views and a serene atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers outstanding value and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Guangzhou.

My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun was truly exceptional, especially the Executive Lounge experience. The light snacks and beverages were outstanding—far beyond my expectations and definitely among the top tier of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service; every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning and great soundproofing—perfect for a good night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the complimentary welcome fruit basket upon arrival; it added such a nice personal touch. Bonus: I was able to request a late check-out until 2 PM without any issue—so helpful when your schedule gets tight. The bathroom felt brand new, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water—perfect for a relaxing shower. I was especially impressed by the soundproofing; it was so quiet at night that I barely heard any outside noise, which helped me sleep deeply. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, and drinks to choose from, all tasty and well-prepared. Plus, the location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Guangzhou Railway Station and surrounded by shopping areas and local attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers excellent value and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.
Pazhou Hotel (Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center Modiesha Metro Station)
I booked this hotel last-minute for a business trip mainly because of the affordable rate, and honestly, I was expecting something basic or underwhelming. But it completely exceeded my expectations! The bed is just the right firmness—not too soft that you sink into it, not too hard either. It’s perfectly balanced, and the pillows are great too—neither too fluffy nor too high, providing excellent support. To be honest, I slept better here than in some so-called five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. The room has a slightly vintage decor style, which gives it a unique charm rather than feeling outdated. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.

From personalized recommendations to seamless assistance throughout our visit, they went above and beyond. It felt like home away from home. We’ll definitely be back whenever we return to Guangzhou.

Located right on the street, this hotel is incredibly easy to find and a short walk from Guangzhou Tower—just over a kilometer away, making it perfect for those who prefer to explore on foot. The room was well-equipped with everything functional and clean, though the window opening is limited, still better than nothing. While not huge, the space felt efficient and comfortable for a city stay. The breakfast, prepared by a chef from Sichuan, was surprisingly delicious and authentic—definitely a highlight. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage after check-out, which made my travel plans much more flexible. Free tea and coffee at the front desk are a thoughtful touch, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers visiting the Pazhou Exhibition Center area. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Guangzhou.
