What really impressed me was the staff, especially the employee working on the 13th floor—extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful. They went out of their way to print documents for me and answered all my questions with genuine care. The service, cleanliness, and convenience all score top marks. Stayed here with my ex-girlfriend, and honestly, the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Guanshaling Metro Station, making it easy to explore downtown Changsha by subway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and feel modern—definitely not outdated. Everything from the furnishings to the bathroom was spotless and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We received a complimentary coffee from Kuddi (went with the Golden Award Americano), which was delicious and just the right boost after a long day. We also got a discount voucher for Huaxia Liangzi in West Changsha City Hall, though we didn’t get to use it this time. Overall, the experience was excellent—great location, cleanliness, service, and added perks make this a strong recommendation. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was much larger than expected, with plenty of space and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful—especially one lady who personally escorted us to a parking spot, which was such a thoughtful touch. When heading out for sightseeing, don’t forget to protect yourself from the sun; just call the front desk if you need a free umbrella or hat—they’ll send someone up right away. Excellent service, great location, and fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
