Parking is available at the lot directly across from the building, and the hotel covers the parking fee, which is a nice touch. The front desk is on the second floor, where staff were warm and welcoming. They offered hot towels, afternoon tea snacks, and freshly brewed coffee—such a thoughtful gesture. They also took time to explain all the room amenities in detail, showing genuine care. Everything about this stay felt personalized and well-organized. One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, great accessibility, and a comfortable stay. It’s definitely my top pick for future visits to Harbin.
