One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. One small note: no water was provided in the room, so I brought my own bottled water. But honestly, that’s a minor detail.
