One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. Location is unbeatable: right next to Bai Sheng Mall, so dining and shopping are just steps away. Plus, the Taiping Bridge Metro Station Line 1 entrance is literally across the street—perfect for getting around Harbin easily. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I mentioned the lighting seemed a bit dim, and they immediately offered to adjust it or even switch rooms if available (which they were, due to an open booking). That kind of hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this place for travelers who value comfort, cleanliness, and great service. A fantastic stay overall!
