Not only was she patient and attentive, she proactively noted my request as 'priority assignment to quiet floor.' Less than ten minutes later, she called back to confirm everything was sorted—such speed and genuine care really hit the mark. When I arrived for check-in, the experience just kept getting better. Blueberry not only handled everything quickly but also gave me helpful tips: 'The Wi-Fi password is posted by the bed,' and 'Take the elevator, turn left after exiting.' When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water—this wasn’t just service; it felt like being treated like a friend. And the hotel itself? Flawless. The rooms feel brand new, like they’ve just been unpacked. Spotless cleanliness—so clean I even walked barefoot on the carpet without hesitation. Best of all, it's just a short walk from the high-speed train station—only a few hundred meters away. Getting to and from the station was incredibly easy and saved us so much time.
