Though it shares a front desk with the Arctic Bear Hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable—comparable to nearby homestays in Central Street—but the ambiance and cleanliness are far superior. Free drinks, ice pops, and frozen pears are provided, which the kids absolutely loved. The only downside? Limited dining options nearby. A quick 2-stop metro ride gets you to Central Street for more choices, or you can order food delivery (just allow at least an hour for delivery). The highlight? You can see polar bears and a tiny alpaca right from the hotel—so adorable! There’s also a daily interactive session at 2 PM in the lobby where guests can meet the animals. The rooms are quiet, with clean air and excellent sound insulation—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Best of all, it's just a short walk to Sun Island Scenic Area and Polar Park, so we didn’t need to rely on transportation. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and beautifully situated. Our stay exceeded expectations—this place truly delivers comfort, location, and value. I’d definitely come back.
