This was our first visit to Harbin on the way back from Mohe, and I can’t recommend this hostel enough! Located just a short walk from Central Street, it’s incredibly convenient—perfect for exploring the city without wasting time on transport. The price is very reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. Everything in the room was thoughtfully provided, and best of all—everything was free, including toiletries and essentials. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a bunch of adorable cats wandering around the lobby—such a sweet welcome! The staff, especially the front desk ladies and customer service team, were incredibly warm and welcoming. We accidentally left behind some blueberry jam and pulp we brought back from Mohe in the front desk fridge. Since we were rushing to catch our train, we couldn’t go back, but after reaching out, they kindly arranged to mail it to us—fast, efficient, and so thoughtful! The backyard is also beautifully decorated with snowmen and Christmas trees—perfect for photos and really adds to the cozy, festive vibe. Overall, this was hands down one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had at a guesthouse. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made it feel like home. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I visit Harbin!
