One small note: I accidentally left a pair of snow boots in the room, and unfortunately, no reminder was sent upon check-out. It would be great if the hotel could implement a more proactive lost items notification system. That said, this minor oversight didn’t take away from the excellent stay. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, great accessibility, and a comfortable stay. It’s definitely my top pick for future visits to Harbin.
