Every staff member went above and beyond—helping carry heavy luggage upon check-in and even offering assistance during check-out, especially when Guo from the front desk personally helped me with my bags. Yan from the front desk was equally warm and professional. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Yan, was also incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot showers were excellent, and the convenience of having two washing machines and two dryers on our floor made laundry stress-free—ideal for longer stays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend checking out 'Yuanxiangju,' a local noodle and soup bun restaurant just steps away. The owner is welcoming, the food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable—try their soup buns and hand-pulled noodles! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, outstanding hospitality, and a home-like atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Harbin again.

This homestay is an absolute gem! The room is spacious and well-maintained, with excellent cleanliness—no lingering smoke smell at all, which is a big plus, especially in winter. I’d recommend getting off at Harbin University of Science and Technology if you’re taking the airport bus, then just take one stop on the subway—dragging luggage through the cold weather is no fun. There are four elevators, but only one doesn’t require a card, so we had to wait a bit at first. Once we got the access card, things ran smoothly. The quietness at night was impressive—no noise from neighbors or traffic, perfect for a restful sleep. And that huge window by the bed? Absolutely dreamy. If it snows, the view from there would be magical. Definitely worth staying here again.

We visited the Xianrenju Scenic Area during our October holiday with our kids, and stayed at a charming guesthouse near the North Gate—Xianmeng Lanting. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They immediately offered the children fresh fruit and snacks, making us feel right at home. They even shared detailed tips on how to best explore Xianrenju, saving us time and helping us plan our day perfectly. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed with a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. Our family room comfortably accommodated two adults and three kids, and the modern smart amenities—including a projector—were a hit with the little ones. We couldn’t get enough of it! The building has an elevator, full smart automation, and the basement features a karaoke room, billiards table, and board games like chess and Go—perfect for family fun. Breakfast was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and made fresh by the hostess herself. In the morning, the owner even drove us personally to the South Gate of the scenic area, which showed just how thoughtful and dedicated they are.
