Yan from the front desk was equally warm and professional. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Yan, was also incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot showers were excellent, and the convenience of having two washing machines and two dryers on our floor made laundry stress-free—ideal for longer stays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend checking out 'Yuanxiangju,' a local noodle and soup bun restaurant just steps away. The owner is welcoming, the food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable—try their soup buns and hand-pulled noodles! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, outstanding hospitality, and a home-like atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Harbin again.

We were a group of four girls checking in, and although there was no one at the front desk when we arrived, the owner warmly greeted us personally—such a nice touch! We had booked a standard room, but despite us saying we didn’t need an upgrade, the owner insisted on upgrading us to a family suite. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only minor issue was that there was just one trash bin in the bathroom (likely overlooked), and the toilet could have been cleaner. But overall, the experience was excellent. The location is fantastic—super close to Hasi Wanda Plaza, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. With great value and top-notch hospitality, I’d definitely stay here again.
