Every staff member went above and beyond—helping carry heavy luggage upon check-in and even offering assistance during check-out, especially when Guo from the front desk personally helped me with my bags. Yan from the front desk was equally warm and professional. The housekeeping staff, Auntie Yan, was also incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The room itself is spacious with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Hot showers were excellent, and the convenience of having two washing machines and two dryers on our floor made laundry stress-free—ideal for longer stays. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend checking out 'Yuanxiangju,' a local noodle and soup bun restaurant just steps away. The owner is welcoming, the food is delicious, and prices are very reasonable—try their soup buns and hand-pulled noodles! Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, outstanding hospitality, and a home-like atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Harbin again.

We visited the Xianrenju Scenic Area during our October holiday with our kids, and stayed at a charming guesthouse near the North Gate—Xianmeng Lanting. They even shared detailed tips on how to best explore Xianrenju, saving us time and helping us plan our day perfectly. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed with a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere.
