The Pullman Bangkok King Power truly lives up to my expectations of the brand—elegant, well-appointed, and consistently high quality. The only minor note is that the lobby fragrance is quite strong, almost overpowering at times, but surprisingly, my husband absolutely loved it! He asked the staff if there was a way to purchase the exact scent—so much so that he’s now hoping the hotel might offer it for sale. If you’re a fan of signature scents in luxury hotels, this one’s definitely worth tracking down!

The Emerald Hotel is incredibly convenient, especially with its prime location just a short walk from major attractions and public transit. While the housekeeping service wasn’t proactive—requiring me to call five times before someone came to clean the room—I can understand that communication styles may differ. That said, the overall experience was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s central spot made exploring Bangkok effortless. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in a great area with solid value, this is definitely worth considering. I’d happily return.

Every morning at 10 AM, there was a fun activity for children, changing daily, which kept our little one entertained all week. The infinity pool is stunning, with a dedicated kids’ pool too—ideal for a relaxed family swim. Just a 5-minute walk to Central Rama 9 and Lotus shopping malls, and if you want to explore Jodd Fairs Night Market, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service (though it’s a bit farther, around 15–20 minutes on foot). On New Year’s Eve, they hosted a free countdown party with raffles, drinks, and snacks—the atmosphere was lively and joyful. We mentioned our daughter’s birthday in advance, and the team surprised her with a hand-drawn message on the mirror and a little cake—such a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel special. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations. If we ever come back to Bangkok, this will be our first choice.
