Santa Fe Depot is literally right around the corner, making train trips to Irvine super convenient. Being in downtown San Diego means getting around is easy—whether taking an Uber or hopping on the Trolley, everything is within reach. This hotel offers excellent value, top-notch service, and unbeatable convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall, the convenience, comfort, and value make this a solid choice for travelers looking for a reliable stay in the heart of the city. Highly recommend for those who prioritize location and a quiet, well-maintained room.

I had specifically asked about cancellation terms when booking, yet it took nearly a month to get this information. I repeatedly requested to speak with a manager, but never received any contact details or follow-up. It's shocking how a business operates without transparency or accountability. We had planned to make this hotel our go-to during frequent visits since our son attends SDSU, but now we’ll never return. This is not the kind of experience you want from a place you’re supposed to trust. I strongly advise against staying here.
