Our 7-day stay at Regenta Place the Emerald was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit, making it super convenient for exploring Mumbai. The room was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—always smiling and checking in to see if we needed anything. It’s rare to find such consistent, warm hospitality. We felt truly cared for throughout our entire visit. The comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this one of the best stays we’ve had in India. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning next time we’re in Mumbai.

Super Townhouse Bombay Exhibition Centre Goregaon
I booked a two-night stay at this property in Goregaon, Mumbai, and ended up leaving after just one night due to extremely poor hygiene and conditions. The rooms were large but completely unusable—dirty, outdated, and with a broken door handle. The elevator had a strong, foul odor, like something was rotting inside, making it nearly impossible to use. I immediately requested cancellation and refund, but the platform refused to process it, insisting on charging for both nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience shows a complete lack of customer care—money seems to be prioritized over guest well-being. If you value cleanliness, safety, and fair service, avoid this property at all costs. It’s not worth the risk or the price.
