This time, we brought my elderly parent who had just recovered from a fracture; mobility was limited, and even eating and moving around were challenging. From check-in onward, the staff went above and beyond. When we requested two rooms, they kindly arranged adjacent ones for easier supervision. Throughout breakfast and dinner buffet service, the team showed exceptional care. During dinner, a young, friendly server noticed our situation and proactively brought a cushion so my parent could elevate their injured arm—something that actually helped with swelling. He even explained the medical reasoning behind it! That level of thoughtfulness and knowledge stood out. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and professional. We’ve already taken photos of several team members’ name tags—we’d love to see them recognized by the hotel. Definitely coming back again!

The check-in process was smooth, and since our original room was unavailable, the front desk kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra cost — a lovely surprise! The room itself was large, spotlessly clean, and the heating system worked perfectly, making it cozy during the cooler evenings. Best of all, the view from the window overlooks Jinji Lake, with stunning night views of Taohua Island and the Oriental Gate — absolutely picturesque. I also heard the hotel is planning renovations soon, including installing underfloor heating in ground-floor rooms, which will be a great upgrade for future stays. Located right on Moonlight Pier, a charming European-style village with quiet streets lined with restaurants and bars, it’s ideal for a relaxed evening stroll along the lakeside, perfect for photography and unwinding. Just a 10-minute walk away are major shopping spots like Times Square and Eslite Life, where we enjoyed browsing and grabbing dinner. Everything was convenient, well-connected, and the overall experience was exceptional.
