This stay was by far the worst experience I've had in Thailand. The room was infested with cockroaches—completely unacceptable. The refrigerator was filthy, covered in grime and stains, and the room itself had a strong, unpleasant moldy smell that lingered throughout our entire stay. Finding the hotel was a nightmare—no clear signage, confusing directions, and not easily accessible by public transit. Everything about this place felt neglected: cleanliness, location, service, and overall condition. It’s hard to believe such a poor standard still exists in Bangkok. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and definitely won’t be returning.

Check-in at the ground-floor lobby was smooth and friendly—the staff were warm and helpful. The apartment itself is incredibly well-equipped: pots, pans, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer combo, laundry detergent—all covered. Even the toiletries stood out—especially the shower gel, which had a clean, refreshing scent, almost like something you'd find in a Japanese boutique hotel. Everything was spotless, no bugs, no dust—just pure cleanliness. It’s clear this place is popular with long-term guests too; there are little touches like doormats outside the doors, showing thoughtfulness. Staying here for seven days felt more like living in a home than a hotel. Sitting on the balcony at night, watching my neighbor tending to his garden, was such a calming moment. I wish I’d taken more photos—the room matched the platform’s pictures closely, if not better. What truly stood out was the service. Subin from the front desk went above and beyond. When we were heading to the concert at the National Stadium to see Coldplay, he helped negotiate taxi fares—which were way too expensive—and even used Bolt to arrange a motorcycle ride for us. That kind of thoughtful care made all the difference. Getting around is easy: just a 15-minute walk to the BTS station. During the day, you can hop on a moto-taxi; in the evening, walking is pleasant and not hot. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven, and within 500 meters, there are plenty of massage parlors and restaurants. Everything you need is close by. This place feels fresh, well-located, and super welcoming—I’d definitely come back.
