This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly comfortable. What stands out the most is how close it is to the Masjid al-Haram—just a 10-minute walk, which is perfect for pilgrims or visitors wanting easy access. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and offer all the essentials you’d need. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking distance to major religious sites and local amenities. Dhiafat Al Raja Hotel
The hotel offers a clean, well-maintained environment with friendly staff and decent room quality overall. However, the main issue is the excessive noise—our room faced a busy road where cars honked nonstop throughout the day and night, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. The walls are also very thin, so we could hear every word from the neighboring room, and vice versa—quite disruptive. There’s even a door connecting our room to the next one, which has been sealed off, but that seems to worsen sound transmission instead of helping. The beds were acceptable, though the pillows were too flat and soft—definitely needed more fluffiness. I’d recommend providing two pillows instead of just one. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Haram, situated on Ibrahim Khalil Road, and there are plenty of food options right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. If they invest in better soundproofing and improve room insulation, I’d definitely consider returning. In’shaa’Allah.

That said, it’s still very functional for basic meal prep. The bathroom is spacious and spotless, and the bed stands out as far more comfortable than what I’ve experienced in nearby hotels. I booked a two-night stay at a great promotional rate of 168 SAR, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. Highly recommend this place for its location, comfort, and value.

The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For such a great value and comfort level, I’d definitely stay here again if I return.

The cleanliness is extremely poor, and despite being close to the Haram, that’s the only redeeming factor. Rooms are tiny with no closets, and the dining area uses plastic plates and cutlery—very low quality. Overall, it’s a disappointing stay, and I’d give it a rating below zero.

The room itself was not clean—there were visible signs of neglect, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. There was no luggage pickup service offered, so I had to carry my heavy bags myself through the hotel and into the room, which was very inconvenient. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional—my requests for help were ignored or met with rude attitudes. Customer service was practically nonexistent. Overall, this experience was far below expectations. For such a high-profile location in Mecca, the standard of cleanliness, comfort, and service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.
