We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Izmir Ozdilek Thermal and Spa for just one night, and it was absolutely perfect. Parking right in front of the hotel was a breeze—no stress at all. The lobby is stunning, with elegant design and warm hospitality from the staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day exploring. The highlight? The full-service spa, especially the mineral-rich hot pool—so relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty options, including local favorites. Just 100 meters away, there’s a modern shopping center with a large grocery store on the ground floor and several popular Turkish fashion brands—ideal for a quick stroll or some retail therapy. Everything about this stay exceeded expectations. From the location to the amenities, it’s a top-tier experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Izmir!

The location is perfect: just a short walk or quick metro ride to the city center, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local charm nearby. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The team spoke fluent English and were always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. It's rare to find such attention to detail and genuine hospitality in a hotel. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir—it’s not just a great stay, it’s a memorable one. Would definitely book again!

The overall experience was good, and the room service was excellent. However, the spa is extremely overpriced, and the massage quality was terrible. I paid 100 euros for a luxury massage, but ended up receiving a very low-quality treatment. To make matters worse, they actually injured my ankle during the session—I'm still recovering two weeks later. For that price, there are definitely much better massage options out there. I won’t be returning to this spa under any circumstances.

The ambiance in the relaxation area and the quality of materials and craftsmanship in the bathrooms are top-notch. Breakfast was incredibly varied and satisfying, with something for everyone. The staff were professional, warm-hearted, and always eager to help—genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. We were completely charmed by the experience. From now on, this hotel will be our go-to place whenever we visit Izmir—it feels like home.
