Communication was frustrating—we had to rely solely on the app, with no direct phone support, which made things harder than they should’ve been. We had two back-to-back bookings, and despite multiple messages confirming this, we were still required to move rooms unexpectedly. We received conflicting information throughout the morning, forcing us to rush and relocate last minute. On the bright side, the regular beds were very comfortable, and surprisingly, even though we were right near the bustling area, the unit remained quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, we’d stay again—if we didn’t need a sofa bed.
