The surrounding area has everything you’d need—great restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and attractions all within walking distance. The only minor downside? Breakfast gets very busy on weekends, and we had to skip it due to time constraints—such a pity since the buffet looked amazing. But honestly, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. For the price, the value is outstanding, and I’ll definitely be back.

W Sydney

Perfect for a family getaway! We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The room was incredibly well-equipped—washing machine and dryer combo, ample closet space with plenty of hangers, a full kitchen including oven, microwave, complete cookware (pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards), and even a dishwasher. They even stocked vitamin C supplements—such a thoughtful touch for families. The lobby area is fantastic too: board games, coffee machine, and tea service make it a great spot for kids to relax while parents unwind. Location-wise, everything we needed was within walking distance—just 1.1 km to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, and the Australian Museum. A supermarket is about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing fresh fruit or snacks. And during Christmas, they surprised us with candy and festive socks—so sweet and memorable! If we ever return to Sydney, this will be our top choice again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Circular Quay and easy access to ferries that take you to all the major attractions around Sydney Harbour. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful, offering great tips and even helping us plan our ferry itinerary. It made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views of the harbour. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded expectations. I don’t speak English, but the translation app worked perfectly for daily communication, so no stress at all. What stood out most was the friendly front desk staff—a handsome guy who spoke fluent Chinese and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness made the whole experience even more memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, from the room view to the service. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Sydney. A top-tier hotel with a personal touch—highly recommended!

I especially loved the motorized blackout curtains that made it easy to control light levels. The bathroom offered strong, consistent hot water, though the tiles were a bit slippery during showers—adding non-slip mats would make it even safer. Breakfast at the second-floor buffet was outstanding: generous portions, fresh options, and great variety. What really stood out was the excellent soundproofing—no noise from the street or neighboring rooms, making for a peaceful night’s rest. As a member of the platform’s elite tier, I appreciated the no-checkout inspection, which added a nice touch of exclusivity. Overall, this is a top-tier hotel with exceptional service and comfort. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
