It’s perfectly quiet yet still central—ideal for both sightseeing and relaxation. The front desk staff were efficient and genuinely helpful, even setting up a service group to recommend nearby attractions. I especially appreciated the complimentary warm herbal teas available in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was stylish yet practical, cozy and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The smart room system made everything seamless—adjusting lights and curtains with one tap, while the shower delivered strong, consistent water flow. Bathroom amenities were high-quality and thoughtfully chosen. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and local flavors, and the late-night snack option was a pleasant surprise. Their signature local rice noodles were authentic and delicious, and the coffee? Top-notch. I was also impressed by the excellent soundproofing—even though the room is on the ground floor, closing the door completely blocked out any lobby noise. Plus, having access to a laundry facility and a fully equipped fitness center made it perfect for both business travelers and leisure guests. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. If I ever come back to Kunming, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

We also explored Wenlin Street nearby, which has great food and a lively vibe. Everything was so convenient—public transport, taxis, everything. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we slept like babies. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A real hidden gem with excellent value. I’ll definitely come back if I ever return to Kunming.

Though the room faces the street, closing the windows and drawing the curtains completely eliminated any noise—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk to Green Lake Park West Gate, and nearby attractions like Zuanxin Nongmao Market and Yunnan Art Museum are only a 10-minute taxi ride away. Even reaching Hai'eng Dam is manageable within 30 minutes by car. With excellent location, convenient access, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is ideal for families or travelers looking for comfort and ease. Highly recommended!

The convenience of having the metro station right outside the door made getting around Kunming and visiting Kunming University of Science and Technology extremely easy—definitely a major plus for travelers. The environment is quiet and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Room amenities are mostly well-maintained, though the sofa chair wasn’t very comfortable, and the side table wobbled slightly—could use some tightening or replacement. Also, the showerhead had a small crack and sprayed water unevenly; it would be great if that could be replaced soon. On the bright side, cleanliness was excellent—the bedding was fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and there was no lingering odor. Overall, this hotel offers solid value for money. I’d definitely consider staying here again on future visits to Kunming.
