Our concierge kindly reached out the day before to confirm whether we preferred breakfast delivered to our room or enjoyed it in the dining area, and everything arrived right on time. The service was exceptional throughout. Whether you're here for business travel or family fun, this place fits both perfectly. I asked the staff about local recommendations, and they shared insider tips on where to eat, what to explore, and how to make the most of your trip—all personalized and genuinely helpful. I’ve heard that each season brings a different kind of beauty to the property, making it a destination worth revisiting no matter the time of year. If I ever come back to Kunming, this will be my first choice without hesitation.
