I forgot to take photos, but this place truly exceeded my expectations! The 2-bedroom, 1-living room layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed—each bedroom is completely separate, offering great privacy. Everything you’d need is here: washing machine, range hood, kettle, electric blanket, and even a generous supply of disposable amenities. They even provided tea bags, coffee, and candies—such a nice touch! The unit has excellent natural lighting, making the whole space feel bright and airy. Perfect for long stays—you can easily cook meals and do laundry without hassle. The living room features a projector facing the sofa, which makes movie nights super enjoyable. Honestly, for the price, the quality and comfort are far beyond what I’ve experienced in many mid-range hotels. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to Ruiding City shopping district and just steps from Shizha Metro Station. Getting around town is effortless. If I’m ever back in Kunming, this will be my top choice again.

The interior design is modern and thoughtfully crafted, with brand-new furnishings and top-notch amenities. Cleanliness stood out—every corner was spotless and well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated in a lively area packed with restaurants and local eateries. Just across the street is a budget-friendly fruit shop, perfect for grabbing fresh snacks. Everything about this stay felt authentic, comfortable, and highly enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend and come back again!

The location is convenient—close to Kunming University of Science and Technology’s Xinying Campus, and just a short ride from downtown via metro. Clean, quiet, and well-maintained, this place offers great value for money. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Kunming. Highly recommend!

Parking was completely free—great for travelers like me who drive in. When it came to dining, I asked for recommendations, and they suggested Dingji Lu Mian—such a delicious find! I had it right after checking in, and it was absolutely worth the try. I mentioned I wanted to download some games upon arrival, and by the time I got back in the evening, everything was already set up and ready to go. The whole process was smooth and efficient. For the price, this place truly delivers value. I’m definitely coming back next time I’m in Kunming for work.

Being just a 5-minute walk from the subway station made commuting effortless—we could easily reach downtown and nearby attractions without hassle. Inside, the room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, exactly as shown in the photos. No exaggerations, just real comfort and charm. It’s rare to find such a convenient, cozy, and budget-friendly place with this level of authenticity. We’ll definitely come back here on our next trip to Kunming.

Just steps away is a trendy local market, perfect for grabbing snacks or ingredients, and nearby, the Meigui Railway Park offers a fun, nostalgic vibe. There’s also a shopping mall close by where I caught a movie on a relaxed evening. What truly stands out is how close it is to downtown and the convenient metro station—ideal for exploring the city without hassle. For anyone visiting Kunming for the first time, this place delivers an honest, grounded taste of local life. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a cultural experience. Highly recommended.

We arrived late at night, but the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and well-maintained overall, though there was a slight odor in the bathroom upon arrival. I mentioned it to the housekeeping staff the next day, and they immediately sprayed an air freshener—problem solved! Being on a higher floor means the wind is a bit stronger, but the view is absolutely stunning, with open vistas of the campus and surrounding cityscape. The location is perfect—right behind Kunming University of Science and Technology, making it super convenient for getting around by subway or on foot. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, and everything feels very accessible. This place offers great value for money and left me truly impressed. Would definitely stay here again.
