Staff didn’t seem very talkative—no greeting when checking in or out, which felt a bit cold compared to what you’d expect from higher-end hotels. But honestly, it’s probably just a generational thing; young people these days tend to be quieter. Still, a simple 'hello' or smile would go a long way.
