This hotel truly exceeds expectations—definitely a five-star experience. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with ample amenities that were refreshed daily by the staff. They always knocked before entering, even if we were inside, which showed great respect for privacy. Our bedroom had a door and windows, so when closed, it was extremely quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Only slight hallway noise became noticeable when the door was open, but it wasn’t disruptive at all. The rooftop view overlooking the sea is absolutely stunning. I’d definitely book a sea-view room on my next visit. Breakfast was fantastic: four warm options, fresh fruit, cheese, bread, pancakes, coffee, and juice—all generous portions and satisfyingly filling. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient. There are mini-stores nearby so dense you’d think you’re in Taiwan—everything you need is within walking distance. The street is lined with restaurants; prices aren’t cheap, but the food quality is outstanding. It’s just a short walk to both the mosque and church, making it easy to explore the area’s rich culture. One thing to note: the streets are paved with cobblestones, so dragging luggage can be tricky—but thankfully, the shuttle dropped us right at the entrance, and Uber pickups also come straight to the front door. Overall, this place offers incredible value, comfort, and charm. I’ll definitely be back.

We stayed at the hotel with a friend for a week and were completely satisfied with every single moment, from check-in onwards. The hotel is truly lovely—friendly staff, excellent service, spotless rooms, and peaceful surroundings. Housekeeping came daily to tidy up, change towels, and even replaced bed linens every other day. Fresh water, tea, and coffee were provided each morning—such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious with high-quality furniture, ample storage space, and plenty of hangers for clothes. There were also dedicated cups for tea and water, which made our daily routine more convenient. Our friends were staying in other rooms at the same hotel, and they all shared the same positive experience. Even though we booked without breakfast, everyone who had it raved about how delicious and well-prepared it was. While the hotel isn’t right in the city center, it’s incredibly easy to reach major attractions and the airport—just a one-hour ride via metro and bus. We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality we received throughout Turkey; locals went out of their way to help us in many situations. This country truly feels special—full of kindness, charm, and genuine warmth. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, this hotel is a must-consider. Highly recommended!

Staying from December 31st to January 2nd was an absolute highlight of our trip. The staff were genuinely exceptional — warm, kind, and always ready to help. The manager stood out in particular; her welcoming smile and even her two friendly dogs made the stay feel incredibly personal and homely. We felt safe throughout, which was especially reassuring during New Year’s Eve. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely ambiance that made it easy to relax. We also appreciated the complimentary high-quality wine during our stay — a small but thoughtful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Galata, Galata Tower, and Karaköy. On New Year’s Eve, we walked safely to the Karaköy waterfront to enjoy the fireworks — no stress, no traffic, just perfect views and memories. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, service, and convenience.

Walking distance to Istiklal Street is a major plus, and while attractions like the Blue Mosque are a bit farther, getting there by public transport takes just minutes. The location offers an excellent balance of convenience and accessibility. We’d definitely choose this hotel again on future visits to Istanbul.
