Location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk to Hunan University, and right in the heart of a foodie’s paradise with endless street eats nearby. The metro station is super close, making it easy to get anywhere around the city. What really stood out was the owner’s warm hospitality—offered a free room upgrade during weekdays! Plus, the little dog at the property is absolutely adorable, always wagging its tail and eager for attention. It added so much charm to the experience. I can’t recommend this place enough—definitely my go-to choice for next time in Changsha.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a peaceful atmosphere, and our room was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the personal touch from our dedicated housekeeper, Xiao Tang. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top-notch—everything you could want is available, from modern amenities to thoughtful touches throughout. The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff member, Xiao Cao. I accidentally left an item behind, and she reached out immediately to arrange shipping it back to me. That kind of care goes a long way. This place exceeded all expectations—great value, fantastic atmosphere, and unforgettable views. Located right in the heart of the city, it’s just an 8-minute walk to Yuanjialing Metro Station, where both Line 2 and Line 6 are accessible. Line 2 takes you straight to Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain, while Line 6 offers direct access to the airport—super convenient for travel. Right across from the hotel is the Hunan Provincial Theatre, and downstairs you’ll find Hua Tian Xiao Lu, a local favorite that delivers delicious food. Special thanks to Manager Xiao Yin for the thoughtful recommendations—I tried Tea Yan Yue Se and explored IFS Guojin Center, making the most of the area’s vibrant vibe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space clean and tidy. Staff were warm and proactive—they kindly pointed me to breakfast location and informed me about the complimentary swimming pool and fitness center. My friends who visited also praised the value and hospitality. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations, and I’m already planning to return.
