The room layout is thoughtfully designed with great space and flow—far superior to many other Sheraton properties I've stayed at. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. The underground parking is convenient and well-organized, which is a big plus when arriving late or with luggage. One minor note: the evening live entertainment had some loud music that could be heard from the room, but once the windows were closed, the soundproofing worked really well—no disturbance at all. Overall, this property delivers exceptional value and comfort, especially for travelers seeking a relaxed yet luxurious getaway.

Staying at Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel on Rhodes was an absolutely delightful experience—truly unforgettable! The property itself is beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious with a separate bathtub and shower; cleanliness was excellent throughout. The staff went above and beyond—so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, with some even speaking Italian, which made communication easy and personal. There's plenty of space at both the pool and beach areas, though early risers do tend to claim spots by laying out towels first—still, it’s manageable. Food quality is strong, even if the variety isn’t huge; dishes change daily, keeping things fresh. Breakfast was outstanding—huge selection of sweet and savory options, including the highlight: a chef cooking omelettes fresh-to-order every morning. From 10 AM to 6 PM near the pool, you can enjoy wood-fired pizza, crepes, ice cream, or grilled pork and chicken skewers with fries—perfect for a midday treat. I also had dinner at the à la carte Greek restaurant Elia, and it was exceptional—rich flavors and authentic touches. The beach is wide with coarse sand and a few pebbles in places, but the sea is crystal clear and deepens quickly just off the shore. Right next to the hotel, there are several water sports rental centers, including parasailing—great for adventure seekers. The Veratour entertainment team was fantastic: kind, respectful, never intrusive, and each evening brought a new, engaging show on the terrace near the dining hall. Since I booked a sea-view room, I could enjoy all the performances from my balcony without having to fight for a seat. I joined a boat tour to Lindos through the hotel—it was breathtaking—and later took a guided walk around Old Town Rhodes with Veratour, which was incredibly well-organized and insightful. What truly touched me was how thoughtful the staff were—they remembered my birthday and left a surprise in my room: fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and a massive slice of cake. I’ve never experienced something like this at any other resort before—truly heartwarming. A few minor drawbacks: no shelf in the shower for toiletries (everything had to sit on the floor), Wi-Fi dropped occasionally in certain areas, and the elevator was slow—sometimes it would forget the first call when multiple people pressed it at once, leading to unnecessary trips up and down. But overall, these small issues don’t take away from the incredible value and warm hospitality. This place feels special—highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable getaway on Rhodes.

The food was perfectly fine, but what truly stood out were Antonis and Fedra—they were incredibly attentive and friendly during meals, making the dining experience memorable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully set right by the sea with a stunning outdoor area that felt both spacious and inviting. Staff at the pool bar and restaurant were consistently warm and helpful. The nearby market had everything we needed and stayed open until 10 PM—very convenient for late-night snacks or supplies. The entertainment was fantastic, especially the volleyball sessions led by Kiko, which brought great energy and fun to our stay. Whether you want to relax by the pool, work out at the gym, unwind in the spa, or enjoy some games in the lounge, there's something for everyone. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience—highly satisfied and definitely planning to return.

Everything feels thoughtfully curated, making this a standout choice. With such a perfect balance of comfort, service, and value, it’s no surprise this place earns a flawless 10/10 rating. I’ll definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Sirene Beach Hotel with my partner, and I can't understand all the complaints in other reviews. For the price you pay, it's hard to find a better hotel anywhere else. If you're looking for a quiet location just steps away from Rhodes Town, fully renovated, with an extensive buffet (even more generous than expected), all-inclusive service, sea views, excellent cleanliness, and friendly, attentive staff, you’d need to spend at least €250 per person per week extra elsewhere. The buffet isn’t overly large, but daily options include at least four different meat dishes and one fresh seafood dish that changes each day. There are always at least three rotating salads and various other choices. Rooms feel a bit dated but come with very comfortable beds and mattresses, and everything is spotlessly clean—no mold or calcium stains anywhere. The spacious balcony offers great views, and when doors are closed, there’s zero noise from the street. Every staff member—from housekeeping and front desk to bar and restaurant teams, even the general manager—is genuinely dedicated to guest comfort. No request is too small, and help is always prompt and kind. A few minor drawbacks: not enough power outlets in rooms (we brought extension cords, so it wasn’t an issue). The corridor flooring is tiled, so rolling suitcases can make quite a noise when arriving or departing. Also, a few more trash bins would be helpful—otherwise guests have to search for a bin with their waste. Most beach loungers are worn out and clearly in need of replacement. Overall, the value-for-money ratio is outstanding—way beyond expectations. This place truly delivers if you’re on vacation, not just paying for a room. Treat your stay like a guest should—with respect and openness—and you’ll have an absolutely fantastic holiday.

The rooms were spotless, and I highly recommend the third floor for that breathtaking view from the balcony. The food? Absolutely heavenly—every meal felt like a celebration. No need to second-guess; this is the perfect choice. The staff are incredibly warm and attentive, especially Roxana at reception—who speaks fluent Polish, which made a big difference for us. Fresh towels were delivered daily to the beach, and housekeeping kept everything sparkling clean. There’s an endless variety of drinks available, plus a beachside bar, delicious pizza, and snack stations—everything you could want without leaving the resort. The sea is crystal clear, and while the shore has some pebbles near the entrance (so bring water shoes!), the loungers are top-notch and completely free. The entertainment team, led by Polish animator Emi (Emanuelą) and Sahbie, brought so much joy—energetic, friendly, and full of heart. It truly felt like a dream getaway. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
