This is easily the best hotel we've stayed at outside Brazil. From check-in to the entire property, everything was flawless. The in-room amenities were exceptional—high-quality toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and even bath sponges (which I usually bring myself, but didn’t need to here). We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches: a super-soft robe, comfortable slippers as a little gift, and every detail clearly designed with guest comfort in mind. Bottled water was always available and free of charge, along with Nespresso coffee for our morning brews. The cleanliness was impeccable—spotless throughout. It’s rare to find such attention to detail combined with luxury and tranquility, especially for an adults-only resort. If you're looking for a serene, high-end escape with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-book. We’ll definitely be back.

The glass doors and windows provide excellent sound insulation, making it peaceful and quiet even during the evening hours. There’s a slight lingering smell from recent renovations, but it’s minimal and fades quickly with time. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even arranged a taxi for me at no extra cost, which made getting around town so much easier. The location is convenient for public transport, just a short walk to the city center. With its comfortable rooms, reliable service, and great value, I’d definitely recommend this place and plan to return.
