Coming to Sanya with the kids was an absolute dream, and Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, every detail felt thoughtfully curated for families. Special thanks to our dedicated concierge, Angel—her responsiveness and personal touch made all the difference. She even helped us secure early check-in before arrival, which was a huge relief. Our ocean-view room (55 sqm) was spacious and beautifully designed in French Riviera style—clean, elegant, and full of charm. The private balcony faced the sea directly, so waking up to the gentle sound of waves and catching a glimpse of Wuzhizhou Island in the distance was pure magic. Sunset views from the balcony were unforgettable, and the Sofitel MyBed ensured deep, restful sleep—even our little one slept like a log. High-end L'Occitane amenities were provided, plus child-friendly toiletries, showing real attention to detail. The family-friendly facilities are simply outstanding. With over 6,000 square meters of outdoor pools, there’s something for everyone—the heated kids’ pool, the thrilling spiral slide, and the giant water bucket are repeat favorites. Daily activities like kids’ baking workshops, DIY crafts, and poolside bubble parties kept our child engaged and happy throughout the day. The exploration passport system added a fun incentive, and by the end, he’d made new friends! A short walk through lush tropical pathways leads straight to the beach, where evening lantern ceremonies and fire dances create a magical atmosphere. Dining options were excellent too—breakfast had a wide variety of fresh juices, pastries, and kid-friendly choices. Both Chinese and Thai restaurants delivered delicious, well-prepared meals at great value. Plus, the resort is just a few minutes’ drive from the duty-free shopping area—perfect for quick errands or leisurely strolls. This trip completely won us over. It’s not just a luxury getaway—it’s a truly memorable family experience. We’ll definitely be back for another stay in Sanya.

I intentionally planned my New Year’s Eve celebration at The Mangrove Sanya in Hainan, and it was my second stay here — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. From the moment I stepped into the room, the view of the endless blue sea and swaying palm trees through the window just took my breath away. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, and the cleanliness of the room was spotless — even the smallest corners were meticulously maintained. Everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed. The facilities are impressive, especially for photography lovers; every corner looks like a magazine spread. My personal highlight was the private heated pool — perfect for a quiet evening swim under the stars. It’s so peaceful and romantic. The breakfast menu was fantastic, especially the local noodles — simple but delicious. And the coffee? Made right in front of me with rich crema and deep aroma — you can tell it’s top quality. I loved having an iced espresso with a full cup of ice, super refreshing. Even the little side dishes like the cute sweet potatoes and yam slices added charm to the meal. The staff, especially our dedicated host Xiao Zhan, went above and beyond with warm, personalized service. This trip felt luxurious without feeling overpriced.
