Without any prior planning, he helped us book a helicopter ride and a rejuvenating spa treatment—all spot-on recommendations. When we mentioned feeling a bit under the weather, he promptly arranged ginger tea for us, which was such a kind touch. Room service was fast and efficient, always arriving exactly when needed. This was hands-down our best hotel experience in Sanya so far. The only regret? We didn’t stay longer!
