Front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful during both check-in and check-out. I’d seen some reviews mentioning the construction site next to the hotel and the nearby cemetery. The cemetery is just part of the area’s character—actually adds a unique charm to the neighborhood, and it’s fascinating to share its history with friends. As for the construction noise, if you’re sensitive, rooms facing that side might be slightly disruptive. If needed, request a room change to the other wing—it’s worth asking. The neighborhood is lively since it’s only 300 meters from KLCC Park, so nighttime street sounds are expected but manageable. Room cleanliness was excellent—only one small note: the kettle still had a bit of leftover water, but washing it out took seconds. I truly appreciated the glass bottles available near the elevator for refilling via the water filter—great step toward reducing plastic waste.
