The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day; the housekeeping staff were attentive and proactive. What really stood out was the location—right on the banks of the Xiang River. I could enjoy the stunning nighttime light show across both sides of the river from my window—absolutely breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views of the city skyline. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout, and the staff at reception were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Every day, they welcomed us with a fresh fruit platter—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was served on the 31st floor, with a mostly Chinese-style menu.
