This was our first trip to Tianjin with two young kids, and staying at Pan Pacific Tianjin exceeded all expectations. The room upgrade to executive level was a delightful surprise, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. On day one, we were just settling in, but by day two, we truly appreciated how well-located this hotel is. Walking along the Haihe River was effortless—just a short stroll to the iconic Tianjin Eye, with scenic views the whole way. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We’re already planning to return—truly a standout experience.

The overall experience was excellent! Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room was spotless and comfortable. We happened to meet a staff member in the elevator who kindly handed an orange to my child—such a sweet little gesture that made the little one so happy. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just steps away from Tianjin Eye and easily accessible by public transit. The only downside was the parking wait time—there were even some tense moments between guests waiting for spots, so I hope they can improve the parking system. But despite that, the service, cleanliness, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tianjin—highly recommend this hotel!

I recently visited Tianjin and was looking for a hotel near the Tianjin Eye, and after checking several options, I ended up choosing UrCove by HYATT Tianjin Eyes — and I’m really glad I did. The location is fantastic: just a 5-minute walk to the iconic Tianjin Eye, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Right downstairs is Yifashun, a well-known local restaurant, and within walking distance, you’ll find popular spots like Minxian Jianbing, Zhang’s Buns, and Xiao Bao Chestnuts — food options are everywhere and incredibly fresh. I stayed in an upgraded room with a window, which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was big and cozy, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design, and cleanliness throughout the room was excellent. One of the pillows was filled with something similar to buckwheat husk — surprisingly supportive and great for comfort. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money, exceptional convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tianjin.
