With two generous beds and a cozy sofa, the whole family felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the rich, aromatic pour-over coffee from the on-site café and the authentic Cantonese cuisine at Yipin Tang—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Leo in the business department, who guided us through every step, from room selection to check-in, making us feel genuinely welcomed. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!
