She handled everything efficiently, with genuine warmth and professionalism, and she’s also stunningly beautiful—seriously, I’d recommend her by name if I could! The facilities are outstanding. Compared to older, run-down hotels, this place feels brand new and luxurious. High-quality amenities like shampoo, body wash, and a powerful hairdryer made every day feel special. Lighting, furniture, kitchenware—all thoughtfully designed and top-notch. Best of all? The view from the front-facing river is breathtaking, and the ground-floor restaurant and café offer fantastic views too. You can even stroll into the East Side Gallery daily for some art inspiration. I stayed for eight days, and every moment was enjoyable—no downsides whatsoever. Two single beds plus two bunk beds made it comfortable for all of us, with plenty of room to move around. I actually wished we had invited a few more friends—would’ve been even more fun! The view from the window is great too, especially in the evening when the city lights come on. The only downside? It’s a bit far from the city center, but the subway connection is quick and reliable. Overall, this place offers amazing value and a fantastic stay—definitely coming back!
