The front desk team was incredibly friendly and took the time to go over my booked package details with care and clarity. Stepping into the room was like entering a dream: elegant, cozy, and perfectly styled to my taste. The view from the high floor is simply breathtaking—city lights spread out below, especially stunning at night. The room layout is spacious and smartly designed, with a dedicated closet and a large, luxurious bathroom that made every moment feel indulgent. I slept so soundly—the room was incredibly quiet, no noise from outside or neighboring floors. Breakfast was a highlight too: a wide variety of options, fresh and delicious, with the scrambled eggs with chives being my absolute favorite. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.

The staff went above and beyond; during a busy mealtime, front desk agent Xiao Xu noticed the high volume of orders and personally delivered food to our room—such a thoughtful touch! The location is excellent too: just steps from the subway station and taxi stands, making it super easy to explore downtown Shenyang, including Zhongjie shopping area. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and genuinely welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
