This stay was hands down the highlight of our European trip. The Amsterdam ID Aparthotel offered a spacious three-bedroom layout with a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing meals, especially when traveling with family. We loved being able to cook our own food and save on dining out. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, featuring fresh pastries, local bread, fruits, and more. What really stood out was the direct bus stop right outside the door leading to Rotterdam—no transfers needed, making day trips effortless. The location is central yet quiet, the rooms are clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s an excellent choice for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and great value. I’d definitely book again.

Our stay at WestCord Art Hotel Amsterdam was absolutely unforgettable—truly one of the highlights of our trip to the city! We spent four wonderful days here with our family, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with genuine warmth and professionalism. The family room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Amsterdam by bike. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making recovery from sightseeing a breeze. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety of sweet and savory treats, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and endless drink options. Starting each day with such a rich, delicious spread gave us the energy we needed to dive into all the city has to offer. The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk or metro ride from major attractions, while still being convenient for trips to the airport, Keukenhof Gardens, Zaanse Schans, and Volendam-Marken. We also appreciated the on-site parking, which was perfect for our rental car, and the ability to rent bikes directly at the hotel—a real plus for cycling around town. Even though we didn’t get to use the beautiful garden and pool area, it added to the sense of luxury and tranquility. Overall, this hotel elevated our Amsterdam experience beyond expectations. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of artful charm. We’ll definitely be back.
Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - North Riverside
Stayed for two nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is incredibly easy to find—just take the free ferry from the Central Station’s F2 pier to IJplein, then a 10-minute walk along the bike path to reach the property. There are two supermarkets right downstairs (Dirk and Jumbo), so grabbing snacks or essentials is super convenient. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help—answered every question promptly and politely. During marathon season, they even provided helpful transportation tips, which showed real thoughtfulness. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and had a clean, minimalist design. The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and the bathroom had strong water pressure—perfect for a refreshing shower. Noise insulation was excellent; we didn’t hear anything from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of breads, all freshly baked and delicious, with quick replenishment throughout service. The coffee stood out—rich, aromatic, and exactly what you want to kickstart your day. Overall, great value, fantastic location, and top-notch hospitality. Definitely coming back.

We used it several times to heat up pre-made meals and fresh vegetables bought from the local store—great for saving money and eating well on a budget.
