The infinity pool on the 58th floor is spacious, well-maintained, and warm—perfect for soaking up the sun while kids splash around safely in the 1.2-meter depth. Even better? The changing rooms include a hot spring bath and steam room—ideal for unwinding after a long day. What really stood out was the 24/7 concierge service—prompt, thoughtful, and always there when needed. Special shoutout to our dedicated assistant Ashley, whose constant care, timely reminders, and genuine warmth made our stay feel personal and luxurious. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Haixin Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. I especially want to thank the friendly front desk agent who checked me in (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) and Jennifer at check-out for her exceptional attention to detail—she even helped extend my checkout time without hassle. The service, comfort, and location all exceeded expectations. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and return to.
