Any concerns were addressed promptly and clearly, making everything feel effortless. They even noticed how important hydration is when traveling, so they delivered plenty of bottled water throughout our stay — no more dry mouth or discomfort. Since our train back was in the evening, they kindly extended our check-out time, giving us extra time to enjoy swimming and dining without rushing. When it came time to leave, our luggage was already packed and waiting, perfectly synced with our ride-hailing service — seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping staff, especially Yan Shuya, showed incredible attention to detail — she noticed I like using hand cream and left a small premium bottle just for me. That kind of personal touch really stood out. At the 7th-floor infinity pool, lifeguard Zhao Chunyang was not only professional and safety-conscious but also took great photos for us — friendly and reliable. Their double-sided table signs (showing 'occupied' and 'available') prevented any awkward moments when grabbing food.
