Not only was she patient and attentive, she proactively noted my request as 'priority assignment to quiet floor.' Less than ten minutes later, she called back to confirm everything was sorted—such speed and genuine care really hit the mark. When I arrived for check-in, the experience just kept getting better. Blueberry not only handled everything quickly but also gave me helpful tips: 'The Wi-Fi password is posted by the bed,' and 'Take the elevator, turn left after exiting.' When I casually mentioned I was a bit thirsty, she immediately handed me a chilled bottle of mineral water—this wasn’t just service; it felt like being treated like a friend. And the hotel itself? Flawless. The rooms feel brand new, like they’ve just been unpacked. Spotless cleanliness—so clean I even walked barefoot on the carpet without hesitation. Staying at Wuyang Hotel was a delightful surprise! The owner saw we were traveling as a couple and upgraded us to a larger twin room at no extra cost—so thoughtful! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a convenient digital lock (no need to worry about losing your key card). There was even a generous-sized wardrobe for storing our belongings. Best of all, it's just a short walk from the high-speed train station—only a few hundred meters away. Getting to and from the station was incredibly easy and saved us so much time. The location, cleanliness, and service made this stay stand out. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Harbin by train—excellent value and a truly comfortable experience.
